Corporate level training programme on "e-Porcurement" held at Phulpur Unit

A Corporate level Training Programme was organised by the Training Dept. Of Phulpur Unit on “e-Procurement” on 4th and 5th March ’ 2004 and the faculty was M/s Safescryt Ltd.,New Delhi which has provided the facility for obtaining digital certificates for the IFFCO officials. 15 persons from all the Units including HO participated in these two days training programme. M/s Safescrypt explained the basic theory of Cryptography and digital certificate and digital signature . Participants showed keen interest in the topic. Systems group from Phulpur explained and gave a live demo on the e-procurement package developed at Phulpur Unit. Shri U C Dubey ,Jt.GM(Systems) gave an overall briefing of the subject .Shri V Mediretta ,JGM(MSD),HO was also present on the occasion and he interacted with the participants to make the system more rugged and workable with relation to connectivity and bandwidth etc. The entire programme was highly success .
